Allcargo Group on the occasion of International Coastal Cleanup Day collaborated with its NGO partner, Swachha Vasundhara Foundation that is supported by the Maharashtra Forest Department, to promote maritime health and environmental sustainability. Over 1,000 volunteers took part in this initiative which included students from 18 colleges, NGOs as well as Navy personnel and NCC Cadets. The main activities carried out on this day were cleaning up Mangroves and beach at Carter Road along with contributing towards restoring an area of 2.5 acres that hosts vital mangroves.
