Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty is the Founder and Chairman of Allcargo Group, India’s largest homegrown logistics multinational with operations in 180 countries. 

Over the past two decades, he has spearheaded Allcargo Group’s foray into new verticals and geographies, with over 18 successful strategic acquisitions in India and across the globe. The most significant of which was the acquisition of the world’s leading LCL consolidator, ECU Worldwide (then ECULine), and the acquisition of India’s premier express distribution companies – Gati.

Through his foresight and commitment to simplifying logistics, he has also steered the group towards future-ready digital transformation.  

His focus on care that goes beyond business guides Allcargo Group towards its purpose of helping global supply chains, while caring for sustainability. Inspired by his commitment, Allcargo Group has taken a strategic approach to sustainability and aims to be carbon neutral by 2040. 

Mr. Shetty serves as Chairman, Board of Governance, IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE). With his vast industry experience, passion for learning, and belief in the potential of the youth, he pursues industry-academia partnerships that can power innovative disruption. 

For his contribution to Belgian trade and industry, Mr. Shetty was awarded the Commander of the Order of Leopold II by King Philippe of Belgium.

He has also received an Honorary Doctorate from Mangalore University, has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by E&Y, received the Lifetime Contribution to Freight Award at the Global Freight Awards by Llyod’s List, and been bestowed the Business Today Best CEO Award 2023, among numerous other national and international recognitions. 

Most recently, in recognition of his humanitarian efforts Mr. Shetty received the prestigious Karnataka Rajyotsava Award 2023.

For his inspiring entrepreneurial journey and contribution to the betterment of society, Mr. Shetty was conferred an Honorary Doctorate, D. Sc. (Honoris Causa), by NITTE (Deemed University), in Mangalore, India.

Mr. Shetty has been an active participant in initiatives of the World Economic Forum, and those of important Indian industry associations like the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and ASSOCHAM. 

A philanthropist at heart, he is closely involved in community development and social welfare activities through Avashya Foundation, Allcargo Group’s CSR arm.

Mr. Shetty is also an avid golfer and art aficionado. 

For over two and a half decades, Radha Ahluwalia created and led industry leadership networks across India.

After a career spanning two decades at IMA, one of India’s premier business research firms, which she led as Managing Director to leadership positions in both content and peer networks, Mrs Ahuwalia now lends her time selectively to guide start-ups in various areas. These include leadership and corporate governance, Government/Industry alliances and community/network development. She is General Partner of Work10M, a work and education focused fund and research institute centred on investments in early stage start ups with direct linkages to work and employability.

In her personal capacity, she is closely involved with community development and social responsibility initiatives centred on conservation and animal welfare, employability and livelihoods, and healthcare.

Mr Vikamsey is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1985 and holds a diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) of the ICAI. Further, Mr Vikamsey holds a Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from ICAI and Business Consultancy Studies Course of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society jointly with Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).

Mr Vikamsey is a senior partner at KKC & Associates LLP (Formerly - Khimji Kunverji & Co LLP) - an 85-year-old Chartered Accountants firm. Mr Vikamsey is an Independent Director in other Listed & Unlisted Companies & a Committee member of organizations like lndo American Chamber of Commerce, Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (BCAS), The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC). He is a trustee in 'Sayagyi U Ba Khin' Memorial Trust (Vipassana International Academy, lgatpuri) & few educational trusts in Mumbai. He is presently a member of the Advisory Committee on Mutual Funds & also Working Group to review the Role and Eligibility of a Sponsor of a Mutual Fund of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and Expert Advisory Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is member of Advisory Boards of Blacksoil Group, IC3 Institute & Mentor My Board. He was the President of ICAI in the past. He was an observer on the Board of International Federation of Accountants and Member of IFAC's Technology Advisory Group. He was the Past Chairman of Federal Bank Limited and member of IRDA. He was the Chairman of SEBl's Qualified Audit Report Committee and member of Corporate Governance Committee chaired by Uday Kotak, Primary Market Advisory Committee and Committee on Disclosures and Accounting Standards (SCODA). He was member of International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) Reference Group for Audits of Less Complex Entities. He is a Speaker/Chairman at various seminars, meetings, lectures held by ICAI & other organizations.

Mr Sivaraman is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from St. Joseph’s  College, Tiruchi. Mr Sivaraman is a seasoned business leader with close to 40 years of experience as a finance professional and organizational/business leader. During the course of his 40-years journey, he has proved his expertise in strategy, business planning, organization building, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

His last assignment as Managing Director and Group CEO at ICRA Limited. He promoted 5E Finance Holdings Private Limited (5EF) to set up infrastructure project finance platforms. He held senior positions including as President & Wholetime Director of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd. (“LTFH”) and at IL&FS as a COO. He counts as his major achievements in the transformation and growth of LTFH from 2006 to 2016 and the demerger of L&T’s cement business. At IL&FS, his responsibilities included asset monetization, creditor engagement and loan restructuring. He initiated a breakthrough solution of setting up an Infrastructure Investment Trust comprising of all the road assets of the IL&FS Group, which is expected to enhance the overall value realisation by the creditors.

His range of accomplishments centre on leading a small company or platforms through transformational growth into admirable organizations and providing exceptional leadership to produce differentiated outcomes. He has a vision of the workplace as a place where employees are partners in the transformation of the company.

Mr. Hetal Gandhi has experience spanning over 3 decades across the entire spectrum of financial services encompassing private equity, infrastructure development / financing and investing, corporate lending, financial and business re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. In 2006, Mr. Gandhi co-founded the India Advisory firm for Tano Capital, a mid-market Private Equity Fund manager that successfully invested, across sectors, in companies with growth potential. Hetal continues to serve as an Independent Director on the Board of well-known companies, both listed and private. Leveraging on his Private Equity experience, Hetal actively contributes in the key areas of strategy, organisation building and execution, thereby helping the companies to scale up significantly.
