Our focus is to introduce safer and more efficient solutions to ensure environmental well-being. We believe that the right way forward is consistent innovation for environment conservation and enrichment. Our environment initiatives are all about creating awareness and encouraging participation. Some of them include distributing cloth bags, solar lamp distribution, building toilets in schools, etc. In addition, under our organisation-wide programme Allcargo Greens, employees participate in beach cleaning, resource conservation, tree plantation and various other activities. Under Maitree, one of our key initiatives, we plant fruit-bearing trees that add to the earth’s green cover and also create livelihood for farmers in the tribal areas who nurture these trees and sell the produce.
