• The current applicable diesel price mentioned above is calculated based on the average diesel prices across eight cities.

• Base diesel price applicable for DPH calculation is INR 98.97 per litre. Any increase in the diesel price shall be calculated with reference to the base diesel price. Any decrease below INR 98.97 per litre shall not be considered for DPH calculation.

• The minimum applicable DPH on the Sub-Total is 103%. 

• For every increase of INR 0.50 per litre in the diesel price above the base diesel price, the applicable DPH shall increase by 1% over the minimum DPH.

• Diesel prices are subject to revision every 15 days and may be implemented without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding the applicability or calculation of the DPH, the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
